Take the #ScreenTimeChallenge

Research has shown that 3+ hours a day of screen time is linked to unhappiness & depression.
The cast & crew of the documentary @social_animals created the #ScreenTimeChallenge to benefit @recbootandrecover, the first non-profit to provide free resources to people struggling from negative effects of social media & technology overuse.

Dealing with an addiction is overwhelming, but we're here to make it easier. Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1

Share a screenshot of your Screen Time on Instagram

Step 2

Tag 3 friends & challenge them to join the #ScreenTimeChallenge

Step 3

Donate 10x of your screen time to Reboot & Recover. Ex: 3hr 10 min = $30.10

Add this poster for a swipe-able post.
